Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate for an onsite role. You will pull required parts for work orders, deliver to respective areas, and handle the receipt of purchased materials with packing lists.

You will also perform system inquiries for work orders and purchase orders, package shipments, and label chemicals per MSDS procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and basic PC skills, with multitasking across tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals; write routine reports.
  • Ability to perform basic algebra/geometry and calculate figures.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Intermediate PC skills including email, databases, word processing, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Pull parts for work orders and deliver to correct area.
  • Deliver to all assembly areas and load/unload trucks.
  • Process receipt of purchased materials with packing lists.
  • Inquire on system for work orders and purchase orders.
  • Package and crate daily part shipments and manage related transactions.
  • Label chemicals in compliance with MSDS procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Team Coordinator, this position pulls work orders and delivers them to appropriate work area, receives and checks in parts, cycle counts and handles deliveries to all assembly areas.

Major Responsibilities
  • Pull parts needed for work orders for Fabrication and final Assembly, insures they are delivered to the correct work area or person and updates status
  • Make deliveries to all assembly areas as required, including the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Process receipt of purchased materials with packing lists and travelers.
  • Make inquiries on system on work orders and purchase orders.
  • Packaging and crating of daily part order shipments. This will include any transactions associated with the shipments.
  • Label of chemicals in compliance with MSDS procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Education / Experience / Skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). or one to three months related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
