Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a fully onsite Warehouse Associate to verify shipments, receive goods, and move materials within the facility. You will load and unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and maintain stock while supporting safety and 5S practices.

Responsibilities include packing and labeling for shipment, processing orders in the system, and coordinating with supervisors. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with forklift experience not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Verify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation.
• Deliver materials to designated locations (POs, couriers, RMAs, inventory for production).
• Load and unload trucks; use fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies, and skids; verify counts/weights against records.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage; route items; record shortages; receipt into system from packing lists.
• Maintain stock of materials; order materials as needed.
• Process requisitions and transactions in the computer system; communicate stock discrepancies.
• Pack, wrap, weigh, and label materials for shipment; deliver to dock with paperwork.
• Basic carpentry to build/crate screws and shafting as required.
• Communicate essential info to supervisor; follow 5S health and safety rules.
• May run errands to supplier or post office using company vehicles.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Essential Functions:

• Verify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation provided.
• Delivers materials to designated locations. This includes incoming PO’s, courier packages, and RMA’s, as well as warehouse stocked items needed for production.
• Load and unload trucks using fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies, and skids comparing identifying information such as counts, weights, or measurements to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records, packages.
• Examine incoming shipments for damage, record shortages, and route items to departments. Receipt incoming deliveries into computer system from information on packing lists. Process materials to stock after inspection.
• Maintain stock of materials used for packaging and shipping. Order materials as necessary.
• Process requisitions, jobs, and miscellaneous transactions in computer system as needed. Communicate stock discrepancies to proper teams.
• Pack, wrap, weight, and label production and stock materials for shipment. Document required information and deliver materials and paperwork to dock area.
• Basic carpentry skills are needed to build and crate screws and shafting.
• Communicate essential information to the supervisor as required.
• Adhere to all division health and safety regulations including 5S responsibilities.
• May need to run to supplier or Post Office using the company vehicles.

Required Skills:

• Shipping/Receiving experience preferred, Forklift is not a requirement
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
