Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for orders, shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with operation department and expedite orders as needed.
• Maintain and update shipping and receiving documentation and files.
• Provide shipping/tracking information and respond to customer inquiries.
