Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Return material from customer to factory.
• Transfer material to the appropriate area.
• Relocate material to maintain inventory range and locations.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment.
• Report progress and issues to supervisor/management.
• Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain records and reports for inventory control and security.
• Assist in cycle counts and support shipping/receiving.
• Perform safety audits and correct unsafe operations.
• Participate in daily start-up and staff meetings.
• Use email and generate reports as required.
• Record and verify product/process quality issues and solutions.
