Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Admin to support shipping and material handling tasks. You will create pick lists, check stock in SAP, plan shipments, and process both domestic and international shipments.

You will also issue bills of lading, respond to emails, and post goods issued while coordinating with production and reporting to the Shipping Supervisor. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, cherry picker, and turret.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Strong written and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Create daily pick lists and review orders in SAP MD04 to determine shipping dates.
• Check stock and allocate to customer orders using SAP.
• Plan shipments and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Create Bills of Lading and assist with outbound shipments and returns.
• Post goods issued and respond to Shipping Department emails.
