Job summary

INX International is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee the plant's shipping and receiving operations. You will supervise workers, coordinate schedules, and ensure accuracy in documentation and packaging while adhering to safety and corporate guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. SAP experience is beneficial and the position offers a competitive salary with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet schedules.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Select and apply the best freight options per corporate guidelines.
• Inspect loading operations for compliance with shipping specs and safety rules.
• Direct movement of shipments from dock to storage and work areas.
• Prepare bills of lading, labels, and related shipping documents.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and coordinate with maintenance teams.
