Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication with peers and customers.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional phone manner.
• Strong math skills including fractions and percentages.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for billing and related functions.
• Receive, investigate, and respond to customer concerns about product, service, or billing.
• Perform inventory and billing functions.
• Prepare reports for management and customers.
• Provide administrative support to mini plant accounts, data entry in SAP.
• Track shipments and generate shipping/billing documents.
• Code and process vendor invoices.
