Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

You will drive safe, efficient material movement and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting customer service and cost-effective operations. You will develop standard work, optimize labor and equipment, and lead a team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or related leadership roles.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA, WMS, ERP systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, material movement, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders while meeting service level expectations.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and resources to support changing business demands.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard work and warehouse procedures.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff; maintain inventory accuracy.
