Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule appointments for trucks and railcars with customers.
• Assign parking spots for incoming loads.
• Enter railcar numbers with product and track location in records.
• Transfer documentation to customers confirming pickup.
• Assist with all administrative duties specific to rail operations.
• Coordinate with operations to move rail cars as needed.
• Follow safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Verify seal numbers, washouts, and cleanliness logging.
