Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate in Bridgeton, NJ. You will verify orders, complete shipping documentation, coordinate with carriers, and maintain records in a warehouse setting, performing both clerical and operational duties.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork with a Monday–Friday schedule and an $18–$19/hour pay rate. Prior shipping/logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in orders and shipping docs.
• Basic computer proficiency and clerical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify picked orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
• Serve as final quality control checkpoint to prevent shipping errors.
• Document and label pallets with placards and shipment IDs.
• Verify shipment data and ensure pallet documentation is complete.
• Process and submit paperwork to Shipping/Receiving Clerk.
• Greet and check in delivery personnel and visitors.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Use warehouse workstation for administrative tasks and docs.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow safety policies and quality standards at all times.
