Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Logistics Associate for a fast-paced distribution center in Logan, NJ. This is a part-time, flexible role with typical start times in the morning and an average of 25–30 hours per week.

You will unload inbound shipments, place cartons on conveyors, sort by destination, build pallets, scan with RF devices, and help maintain inventory accuracy to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with changing start times.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons and merchandise from inbound trailers.
• Place cartons onto conveyor systems.
• Sort products by store destination.
• Build and organize pallets for shipment.
• Scan merchandise and pallets using RF scanners.
• Move completed pallets to designated staging areas.
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
