PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipper to join our Hamilton, NJ team. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and putaway, ensuring accurate processing and on-time shipments.

The ideal candidate should be organized, safety-focused, with experience in warehouse operations, inventory systems, and material handling equipment. This is a temp-to-hire position based in Hamilton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse shipping and putaway experience required.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight carriers preferred.
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, or RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process parcel, LTL, and freight shipments using shipping systems and carrier portals.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, weights, dimensions, and shipping instructions before releasing orders.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Perform material putaway into designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately scan and record inventory transactions using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Replenish picking locations and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages, overages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Wrap, label, palletize, strap, and secure freight for shipment.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
