The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and experienced with warehouse operations, inventory management systems, shipping documents, and material handling equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse shipping and putaway experience is required.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight carriers preferred.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP systems, or RF scanners.
• Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading.
• Able to lift and move materials safely throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Process parcel, LTL, and freight shipments using shipping systems and carrier portals.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, weights, and shipping instructions before releasing orders.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and orders.
• Perform material putaway into designated warehouse locations.
• Scan and record inventory transactions using WMS, ERP, or RF scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages, overages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

PeopleShare is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Shipper to join a growing warehouse team in Hamilton, NJ. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material putaway activities, ensuring products are accurately processed, stored, and shipped on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and experienced with warehouse operations, inventory management systems, shipping documentation, and material handling equipment.

Location: Hamilton, NJ
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM , Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Process parcel, LTL, and freight shipments using shipping systems and carrier portals.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, weights, dimensions, and shipping instructions before releasing orders.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Perform material putaway into designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately scan and record inventory transactions using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Replenish picking locations and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages, overages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Wrap, label, palletize, strap, and secure freight for shipment.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse shipping and putaway experience required.

• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, or RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading.
