Coda Search is seeking a reliable Shipping Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Piscataway, NJ. This temp-to-hire, full-time onsite role focuses on accurate packing, labeling, and timely dispatch of outgoing shipments.

You will prepare shipping documents, track packages with major carriers, and maintain warehouse logs. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in shipping or logistics with strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or general warehouse operations.
• Exceptional accuracy verifying order numbers, quantities, labels, and manifests.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a daily onsite schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift boxes up to 40–50 lbs.
• Clear verbal and written communication; comfortable with shipping terminals.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Preparation: pack, label, and inspect materials per SOPs and carrier specs.
• Documentation & Logistics: prepare BOLs, labels, and track packages with major carriers.
• Inventory & Stock Management: assist with counts, organize stock, receive supplies.
• Warehouse Support: keep areas clean, safe, and organized; perform general duties.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve delays.

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temp to Perm Shipping Specialist to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Piscataway, NJ. In this role, you will play a key part in day-to-day fulfillment, ensuring all outgoing shipments are accurately packed, properly labeled, and dispatched on schedule.

This is a full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity for an organized professional looking for a steady schedule and a stable team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Preparation: Carefully pack, label, and inspect materials for shipment in compliance with standard operating procedures and carrier specifications.
• Documentation & Logistics: Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading (BOL), shipping labels, and track outgoing packages through major logistics carriers.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and receiving incoming supplies to maintain accurate warehouse logs.
• Warehouse Support: Keep workspace, staging areas, and packing stations clean, safe, and organized; perform general warehouse duties as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external shipping vendors to resolve delivery delays or discrepancies promptly.
