Staffmark Group is hiring an Inventory Quality Associate in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The role focuses on inspecting, auditing, and processing orders to ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently. RF scanners experience is preferred and physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting products.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse inventory systems.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• Prior quality control or warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and merchandise from the conveyor line for quality inspection.
• Carefully inspect packages and products for expiration dates, damage, and defects.
• Determine processing procedures based on product condition and inspection results.
• Perform detailed quality audits to ensure accuracy and standards.
• Scan, document, and process returns using RF scanners and computer systems.
• Identify and report expired, damaged, or non-compliant products.
• Handle, lift, and move boxes as needed during inspection.
• Use electric pallet jacks and lifting equipment to position merchandise.
• Maintain records of inspections and processed returns.
• Meet daily quality and productivity expectations with accuracy.
• Follow warehouse safety and quality control guidelines.
