Job summary

Frank Kent Family of Brands in Haltom City, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Processor to handle all e-commerce orders flowing through our system. We ship daily to dealerships and consumers for GM and Ford.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, entering into our accounting system, and preparing items for shipment while handling customer service calls and emails. Proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel is required; NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; NetSuite experience a BONUS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.
• Ability to self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, print and follow through on customer orders from start to finish.
• Utilize online retail platforms, order processing systems and maintain attention to detail.
• Process orders from the online store into the accounting system.
• Review each order for accuracy, addressing address, payment, or product errors.
• Prepare all orders for shipment.
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests.
