Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year similar experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors and buyers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as total cases per pallet and units per case.
• Computer literate.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.
• Can use the general functions of a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks per manifest.
• Work well with peers as part of one team.
• Follow all safe operating procedures.
• Assist in picking and processing orders expediently, accurately and timely.
• Audit product being picked from stock for accuracy.
• Audit staging lanes to ensure proper loading per destination.
• Load outbound trucks to optimal cube and weight.
• Maintain material handling equipment and report malfunctions.
• Keep area clean through regular maintenance and pallet removal.
• Follow WMS work instructions and escalate WMS issues.
• Notify Inventory Controller of low stock or out-of-stock items.
