Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Receiving Manager to support daily warehouse operations, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate receiving records. You will help ensure inventory accuracy and smooth flow of incoming shipments, collaborating with team members to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Basic understanding of receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments
• Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy
• Help identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages
• Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operations
• Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities
• Ensure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
