The candidate will assist with scheduling, guide receiving staff, and communicate issues to management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments.
• Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy.
• Help identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages.
• Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities.
• Ensure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management.
