Job summary

Charter Next Generation in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Shipping Operator for the Day Shift to support a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour days (6:00am–6:00pm). You will pull orders, operate a forklift, receive freight, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while supporting packaging and purchasing needs.

The role requires lifting up to 65 pounds, reliable data entry, and strong communication skills. Experience in manufacturing is a plus, and a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Reading and writing ability to complete necessary work.
• Proficient with data entry and labeling in information systems.
• Strong communication skills, internal and external.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Basic computer skills including email and multi-system data entry.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and ensure correct product is shipped to customers.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Receive freight and document accurately.
• Maintain the warehouse, rotate stock, organize pallets and scrap.
• Perform basic math for estimating truck capacity.
• Read and measure with a tape ruler.
• Assist in month-end inventory.
• Ensure accurate receipt of parcel deliveries and forward to appropriate parties.
• Load and unload trucks and scrap trailers.
• Perform daily housekeeping in warehouse and loading area.
• Assist with packaging and purchasing functions as needed.
