Charter Next Generation in Lexington, OH is hiring a Shipping Operator for the night shift to manage high-volume logistics with forklifts and conveyor systems. You will load and unload pallets, verify counts, and ensure secure, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload pallets up to 1,250+ lbs.
• Scan pallets to ensure inventory accuracy before moving locations.
• Verify loads are complete and secured for shipment.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance on forklifts and conveyors.
• Ensure paperwork for outbound/inbound shipments is correct before signing Bills of Lading.
• Move pallets and stack goods in correct storage racks per inventory controls.
