Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Shipping Clerk to move finished goods from production to the warehouse and ensure 100% inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes safety, uses PITs and scanning, and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and the ability to work nights on a Sunday-Thursday schedule; prior warehouse experience is a plus and we offer comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy for shipping documents and scans.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with dispatch.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM, Sunday–Thursday) and overtime.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Aisle Master forklift to unload finished goods from conveyors and place them within the warehouse.
• Use scanning technology to track inventory and maintain real-time stock accuracy.
• Accurately pick customer releases and stage products per load maps and customer requirements.
• Verify product labeling and generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for compliance.
• Apply protective sheets, pads, and banding to loads per specifications.
• Maintain logs of items loaded/unloaded, timestamps, and inspections.
