Job summary

You will lead a team, coordinate internal resources and third parties, and drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory Accuracy in the Pick Mod area.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse/shipping with 2 years in a leadership role, and the ability to work peak-season overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year experience in warehouse/shipping facility and 2-years in a leadership role
• HS Diploma/GED AA/AS BA/BS MBA/MS PHD or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Primarily operates in a warehouse environment.
• Requires flexibility to adapt between warehouse floor activities and administrative tasks.
• Regular use of office equipment, tablets, scanners, and related tools.
