Job summary

Envision LED Lighting is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Operations Lead to oversee daily outbound shipping and help lead our warehouse team. This hands-on role requires managing high-volume shipping, coordinating carriers, and ensuring orders leave on time with accuracy.

You will organize daily workloads, verify documents, and contribute to continuous improvement in safety, 5S and lean practices while supporting inventory and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, shipping or logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience with high-volume outbound shipping and carriers.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP systems and inventory control.
• Forklift certification and equipment operation experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily picking, packing, staging, palletizing and outbound shipping.
• Assign workloads and priorities to warehouse associates.
• Coordinate LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and verify BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels and docs.
• Track shipments and resolve freight or shipping discrepancies.
• Support receiving, replenishment, inventory movement and cycle counts.
• Train and coach warehouse staff on procedures and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.

About the RoleEnvision LED Lighting is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Operations Lead to oversee daily outbound shipping and help lead our warehouse team.This is a hands-on working lead position for someone experienced with high-volume shipping, freight coordination, order fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse operations. You will help organize daily workloads, coordinate carriers, resolve shipping issues, and ensure orders leave accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily picking, packing, staging, palletizing, and outbound shippingAssign workloads and priorities to warehouse associatesCoordinate LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, freight pickups, and shipment schedulesPrepare and verify BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and documentationTrack shipments and resolve freight or shipping discrepanciesProcess shipping and inventory transactions in the WMS/ERP systemSupport receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, and cycle countsTrain and coach warehouse employees on procedures and safetyMonitor shipping accuracy, productivity, and on-time performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseSupport OSHA, 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement practicesQualifications5+ years of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or logistics experience, including leadership experienceStrong experience with high-volume outbound shippingExperience coordinating LTL/FTL freight carriers and pickupsExperience with order fulfillment and inventory controlHands-on experience with WMS/ERP systemsForklift certification and equipment operating experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiencyStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAvailable to work overtime as neededPreferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA knowledge, ISO 9001, Lean/5S experience.
