Job summary

Envision LED Lighting is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced distribution team. This hands-on role supports daily shipping and receiving operations, including quality inspections, forklift operation, inventory accuracy, order verification, and product movement throughout the warehouse.

This role requires someone who can work with urgency while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, safety, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift operating experience is required.
• Experience with receiving inspections, QA/QC, or product verification.
• Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, freight handling, palletizing, and inventory movement.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product, quantity, packaging, and documentation discrepancies.
• Dependable work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety procedures and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, incorrect items, labeling issues, and other discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, verify, palletize, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for parcel and freight shipment.
• Perform quality and accuracy checks on incoming products and outbound orders, including product condition, SKUs, quantities, packaging, and labeling.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper product handling, put-away, replenishment, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality documentation.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and safe; follow warehouse procedures and safety rules.
• Communicate product, inventory, quality, or operational issues promptly and accurately; work with the team to meet daily goals.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and assist across warehouse functions as needed.
• Provide warehouse support at a nearby secondary facility when required.
