Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage receiving and distribution of incoming materials, enter POs into SAP, and support high-volume dock operations.

The role requires working with SAP and MS Outlook, attention to detail, and the ability to float to other locations as needed. C-Shift runs 6am-6pm, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures.
• Identify, verify and secure incoming materials during receiving and distribution.
• Package, palletize and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Process shipments using FIFO unless otherwise directed.
• Float to other areas as needed and work with high-volume dock operations.
• Prepare and manage documents for domestic and international shipping in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations and perform accurate SAP transactions.

Material Coordinator Job Summary

To accept, identify, verify and secure incoming materials while in receiving and during distribution of the goods to its proper destination. Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures. Be able to perform at a high-volume dock and the ability to float to other locations. Essential to be comfortable with large amounts of computer work- especially using SAP and MS Outlook. Bonus if candidate knows SharePoint as well.

Material Coordinator Essential Duties

• Separating silicon wafers in cleanroom environment
• Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials
• Palletizing of outgoing shipments
• Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed
• Self-starter with little supervision
• Float to other areas as needed
• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic and international shipping
• High volume performance a must
• Ensure compliance the rules and regulations
• Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP

Qualifications

• A minimum 2 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Advanced SAP skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
