Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation (BOLs, packing slips, PO)
• Ability to interpret and verify shipping labels, barcodes, and serial numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; assist with organization and staging for loading/unloading.
• Unpack materials and verify with associated paperwork; verify against purchase orders and packing lists in SAP.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.

They unpack shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and handle paperwork related to receiving. Additional duties may include unloading deliveries, and operating warehouse equipment.**Receiving Associate Pay:** $19/ hour**Hours:** 7am - 3:30pm M-F and 8:30am-5pm, M-F**Benefits:** Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, 401K Plan, Training & Development**Receiving Associate Responsibilities:*** **Loading and Unloading Procedures:*** Assist with the organization and staging of materials for loading and unloading.* Unpack materials and verify them with associated paperwork.* Operating warehouse equipment is similar but not limited to, Pallet jacks and forklifts.* **Freight, Shipping, & Receiving Knowledge:*** Apply knowledge of freight handling to support efficient dock operations* Assist with the inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing freight* Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and labels* Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists using SAP* Record and track inventory accurately in the company’s system.
