The role requires supervisory experience in shipping/warehouse settings, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in shipping/warehouse management role and/or a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other record-keeping/reporting tools.
• Experience managing logistic processes and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture adhering to plant and corporate policies.
• Coordinate shipment of materials to support production operations.
• Review orders and demand to develop daily shipping plan.
• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and manage inventory flow.
• Lead shipping leads and hourly staff toward performance goals.
• Collaborate with sales/customer service on planning and strategy.
