Georgia-Pacific's Building Products Division is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead the shipping team at our Newington, NH gypsum wallboard facility and our off-site Portsmouth, NH warehouse. You will set direction, develop employees, and drive safe, reliable service through Principle Based Management.

You will partner across functions to resolve labor, logistics, and service challenges. The role requires proven people leadership, experience in industrial operations, and a track record of safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in industrial/ logistics settings.
• Experience coaching and developing employees to achieve results.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite for reporting and communication.
