Qualifications

• Experience supervising in shipping/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related record-keeping and reporting tools.
• Experience managing logistics processes and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across the plant and teams.
• Coordinate shipment of materials to support production operations.
• Develop and execute daily shipping plans based on demand.
• Lead and develop shipping leads and hourly staff.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and documentation.
• Manage truck fleet and alignment with inventory controls.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service on planning and strategy.
• Monitor warehousing performance and drive process improvements.
