Role Description

This is a full-time remote position, with some travel. The Shipping Manager will oversee daily shipping operations, dispatch drivers, book international shipments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of KPIs. They will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipping activities and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokering and dispatching tasks
• Proficiency in dispatching through a TMS system
• Experience booking air and ocean shipments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel on occasion
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
