Responsibilities

• Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.
• Sorts and delivers mail by department/employee to ensure timely distribution.
• Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine.
• Pick, pack, and process orders using warehouse management software.
• Create shipping labels using DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS.
• Coordinate collection of freight shipments.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Stock supplies needed for the mailroom.
