Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for our Bolingbrook, IL location. The role involves coordinating daily carrier pickups, producing shipping documents, and verifying shipment contents to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of logistics/warehouse experience, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:20pm, in Bolingbrook, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar shipping/coordination role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review shipping data and identify discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and prepare courier documentation for on-time shipments.
• Generate and review shipping documents including BOLs, packing lists, shipping invoices, and customs forms.
• Verify shipment contents against tally sheets, pre-load checklists, and manifests for accuracy.
• Collaborate with inventory management to resolve discrepancies and ensure shipment readiness.
• Communicate shipment tracking and delivery status with customers and carriers.
• Ensure international shipments comply with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipping schedules and address issues impacting delivery timelines.
