Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shipping experience with UPS/USPS/FedEx.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize shipments based on production timelines and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, COAs, and shipping logs.
• Pull, package, and invoice daily orders within time constraints.
• Meet daily customer demands and provide outstanding shipping options.
