PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Perform all outgoing shipping tasks, including packaging, labels, and waybills.
• 2. Coordinating with courier/freight companies to schedule shipment pickups.
• 3. Communicate with sales personnel regarding orders shipped
• 4. Process incoming work orders
• 5. Assist with inventory verification as needed
• 6. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Provide on the job training to new employees as needed.
• 2. Follow all safety and health policies and procedures issued by the company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high schooldiploma or equivalent.
• 2. Proficient in Excel.
• 3. Proficient in all Office 365 applications.
