Job summary

Kraken Kinetics is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Moore County, NC to manage outbound shipments and inventory flow across three local facilities. The role partners with production, program managers, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient material movement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/logistics, experience with Fishbowl/NetSuite, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare outbound shipments across three local Kraken Kinetics locations, including packing, labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment logs using Fishbowl/NetSuite.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic checks.
• Move finished goods from production to shipping areas and ensure proper labeling in staging areas.
• Assist with movement of materials and documentation for fabrication, testing, and program delivery.
• Follow safety procedures and handle materials up to 50 lbs; operate in a warehouse/production environment.
