Job summary
Kraken Kinetics in Moore County, NC, seeks a hands-on Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound shipments, inventory records, and material flow across three local locations. You’ll work with production and program teams, prepare packing, labeling, and carrier paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation for shipments and transfers.
Two or more years in shipping/logistics, experience with Fishbowl/NetSuite, and strong attention to detail are required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience with inventory systems or warehouse tracking software (Fishbowl preferred).
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office software.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and tracking of materials and shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Package and prepare outbound shipments across three Kraken Kinetics locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate shipment pickups and inform internal teams of delays.
- Support inventory accuracy with cycle counts and periodic checks.
- Drive a company vehicle for inventory management across facilities.
