Adventurer Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate preparation, packing, and documentation for shipments to support timely order fulfillment. The role blends physical tasks with administrative duties and requires strong communication with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in material handling and shipping, forklift experience, and proficiency with LTL shipping software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in material handling and shipping.
• Forklift operation experience and safe handling practices.
• Clear communication with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in using LTL shipping software and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage pick, pack, and documentation for shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare proforma invoices and shipping manifests for compliance.
• Issue shipping instructions and route information to teams.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Operate computers and systems to enter data and pull reports.
• Support cross-functional teams in in-house part preparation for shipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and route through proper channels.
• Coordinate transport partners for pickup and delivery activities.
• Assist Yard Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
• Maintain quality of service for the customer experience.
