Job summary

Allegion plc in Cincinnati is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support efficient order fulfillment. You will coordinate daily shipments, work with brokers and warehouse staff, and monitor the transport process to meet customer requirements and cost goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of logistics clerical experience, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure goods are shipped efficiently following documented processes.
Communicate with brokers, warehouse staff and manufacturing personnel to meet customers’ expectations.
Execute daily shipping schedule to meet customer requirements and cost objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service through developing good working relationships with required functional groups.
Complete daily shipments for invoicing.
Process shipping documentation (labels, BOLs).
Assist in resolving shipment issues, including delays and capacity constraints.
Monitor TMS portal and maintain records and data.
