Job summary

KCCONSULTING is seeking a Shipping Administrator on the East Side of Cincinnati for a stable, full-time role. You will process packing lists, coordinate daily outbound shipments, verify inventory, prepare products for shipment, and choose efficient carriers while maintaining excellent customer service.

Experience with ERP systems and prior shipping/warehouse administration is preferred. Forklift/pallet jack use may be required; strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse administration experience.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to use calipers, tape measures, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Process packing lists and shipping documentation in the ERP system.
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments with the shipping team.
• Verify inventory accuracy and finished goods counts.
• Prepare, package, and ship finished products.
• Select the most efficient shipping methods and carriers.
• Maintain excellent customer service while handling shipping inquiries.
• Apply shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
