Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Parts/Warehouse Associate to provide top-tier customer service while handling shipping, receiving and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. The role includes processing orders, packing, delivering to customer locations, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth operations, with duties spanning counter assistance, stocking, and safety compliance. Valid driver’s license and a reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in shipping/receiving, parts or warehouse environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with a computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process orders, pack boxes, and prepare shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory.
• Drive a truck or van to deliver to customer locations.
• Assist with stock checks and barcode labeling.
• Coordinate activities with Parts/Warehouse staff and customers as needed.
