Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process shipments using Avanti, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS software and manage dispatch.
• Monitor emails, HelpDesk system and phones.
• Dispatch local pickups/deliveries and update Driver Schedule daily.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed for loading/unloading.
