Responsibilities

• Outgoing shipments management in Imex4/Imexnet system
• Maintain records of destination, weight, and charges for freight
• Coordinate with Transportation Dispatcher to arrange shipping and prepare documents
• Verify information and perform data entry in Imexnet
• Process and resolve invoice discrepancies with Billing Associates
• Analyze inventory reports to ensure cargo compliance with free times
• Oversee and expedite order lifecycle to meet KPIs
• Ensure shipment charges are posted using approved payment forms
• Collaborate with Payables on vendor cost data
• Notify customers of incoming/outgoing cargo via web resources
• Coordinate with compliance, transportation, warehouse and terminal teams
• Provide data/documentation for cost processing
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by Customer Service Supervisor/Manager
• Scenarios include 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, Mon-Fri, Salary 15-16 USD hourly
