Job summary

Diamond Cellar is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support fulfillment, shipping, and inventory for high-value jewelry and accessories. You will handle orders with care, prepare shipments to brand standards, and coordinate domestic and international logistics.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, structured processes, and commitment to luxury client presentation. Experience with jewelry or luxury goods is a plus, along with familiarity with shipping platforms.

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with shipping platforms or order systems (Shopify, Shippo, Airtable etc.).
• Experience in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods is a plus.
• Experience with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and care.
• Prepare shipments using brand-specific packaging and presentation standards.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory and returns; maintain records.

We provide white-glove services that include warehousing, order fulfillment, repairs, returns management, and international logistics.What are we looking for in a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator?We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support our fulfillment, shipping, and inventory processes. This is not a typical warehouse role.
