Job summary

Diamond Cellar in Houston is seeking Rolex Sales Advisors to provide a refined client experience for Rolex purchases, repairs, or browsing. You will build a loyal clientele and deliver hospitality-driven service aligned with Rolex and Diamond Cellar standards.

Utilize CRM to track interactions, follow up on arrivals and milestones, and stay abreast of Rolex products and market trends to guide conversations and recommendations. Weekend availability is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in luxury retail highly desired.
• Strong customer-service mindset and sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They create an unforgettable shopping experience every day.
