Diamond Cellar is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our luxury jewelry team in a customer-focused role. You will provide administrative and operational support to the sales staff, wrap gifts with care, manage inventory, and maintain displays with a polished image.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or sales support, excellent organizational and communication skills, and reliability. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a dynamic team in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to designated sales professionals.
• Gift wrap customer purchases with care and attention to detail.
• Locate and retrieve inventory for the sales team; return merchandise to appropriate display cases.
• Stock product displays and maintain office supply levels.
• Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the company system.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including light preparation and end-of-day tasks.
• Contact clients with updates regarding their repairs and assist with client pickups.
• Run errands to storage and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
• Support general store cleaning and upkeep duties.
