Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Associate to liaison with customers on final delivery and support outbound shipping operations. You will prepare for outbound shipments, document handling requirements, and coordinate with Transportation and Inventory teams.

Responsibilities include creating SAP deliveries, planning ocean and parcel shipments, updating orders, and maintaining dock schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires safety awareness on warehouse floor and ability to report hazards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills required for coordinating shipments and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as distribution department liaison with customers for final delivery of shipments.
• Create all deliveries in SAP from orders and document special handling requirements.
• Plan international (ocean) and Parcel shipments in SAP and coordinate execution.
• Respond to Order Management requests to adjust orders/deliveries and update transportation team.
• Maintain dock schedule accuracy and print relevant paperwork for shipments.
• Utilize TMS to check-in drivers and manage shipment status.
• Ensure accurate inventory and adherence to local guidelines for shipments.
