Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards; schedule pickup appointments.
• Verify shipment contents against orders and inventory records for accuracy.
• Pull work tickets, highlight important information, and assign tickets to order pickers.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and carriers to schedule and track shipments.
• Perform heavy data entry to maintain shipping logs and documentation.
• Attach bills of lading to purchase orders; ensure safe lifting of packages.
• Communicate clearly with team to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.
• Work overtime as needed during peak periods.
