Job summary

Warehouse Services, Inc. is hiring for a logistics/operations position at our San Bernardino facility. You will communicate with DC personnel, prepare and verify shipping documents, and support load planning and reporting tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time container exits and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with DC personnel and management
• Create, monitor, and verify tally sheets, picklists, shipping labels, and associated documentation
• Generate and verify Bill of Lading, packing slips/unload sheets, and cross-border documentation
• Complete Container exits on time
• Validate customer instructions/requirements
• Complete the required internal and external daily/weekly/monthly forms, reporting, and dashboards
• Interface internally with the client, their customers, and the carriers
• Answer office phones, and radio calls
• Maintain filing of records
• Assist and back up the load planner
• Maintain a positive working relationship across WSI operations facility, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior operations leaders
• Other duties assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
