Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in San Bernardino, CA to oversee loading/unloading operations, coordinate yard movements, and manage shipping/receiving schedules.

The role requires strict adherence to GMPs and safety protocols, along with accurate documentation and coordination with Customer Service to meet ship dates. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, is proficient in SAP and MS Office, and can multitask in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities are essential.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Food/Beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of products to/from trailers and coordinate yard movements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely shipping/receiving per schedule.
• Verify materials and shipments against packing lists and COAs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to meet ship dates and schedule
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance in all warehouse activities.
